Fees

How we quote financial auditing work

Fees follow scope: number of entities, warehouse sites, foreign-currency accounts, and the condition of your ledgers. The figures below are guidance so finance teams can budget before a planning call—not a cart to check out.

Engagement Basis Guidance
Statutory financial statement audit Fixed fee after planning Typical mid-size single-entity work from ¥1.8M
Internal control review Fixed fee by cycle count From ¥680,000 for three process cycles
Inventory observation support Day rate From ¥180,000 per auditor · Kansai travel included in base day
Opening balance / restatement review Quote after file review Often ¥420,000–¥900,000 for focused issues

What moves a statutory audit fee

  • Multiple warehouses requiring inventory observation
  • Significant foreign-currency or group reporting packs
  • First-year audits needing opening-balance work
  • Incomplete reconciliations at planning time
  • Tight parent deadlines that require overlapping teams

Statutory engagements usually invoice one-third on acceptance of the engagement letter, one-third at interim fieldwork, and the balance on delivery of the opinion. Day-rate observation work is billed after the count memo is issued.

These amounts are informational. There is no online payment on this site—fees are agreed in the engagement letter.
